Working across the group, you will spot friction early, coordinate initiatives and help teams make informed decisions. The role suits someone who brings structure without adding unnecessary complexity.
What you bring
- Experience in operations, business management, consulting or a comparable role.
- A track record of turning ambiguous challenges into clear plans and reliable processes.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external partners.
- Careful attention to quality, privacy and responsible decision-making.
- Professional fluency in English; Dutch is a welcome addition.
