Medical Director
We are looking for a physician who wants to build a medical organisation rather than run a practice. You hold final medical responsibility for how Véora practises, and you design the standard that every treatment area we open has to meet.
In practice: you write and maintain the prescribing protocol, you recruit and support the physician team, you run quality reviews, you decide what falls inside and outside our scope, and you are the person who says no when a commercial opportunity does not meet the clinical bar.
This is deliberately not a role built around routine consultations. Your time goes into protocol, people and quality.
What you bring
- BIG registration, prescribing rights, and enough clinical practice behind you to hold your own with any regulator or physician you hire.
- Real interest in protocol design, quality systems and clinical governance.
- The confidence to be the person who blocks something, and the judgement to know when that is necessary.
- Willingness to build the physician team from a small base.
- Professional Dutch, and English for the wider team.
